Our company's origins began in Cleveland,
Ohio, in 1956 in the public warehousing business.
Today, we are best known for our extensive portfolio
of office and industrial facilities, successful property
management performance, and development of high quality
office and industrial parks.
Chelm Properties received the award
for 1997 Developer of the Year, as well as an award
for Best Office Development for Renaissance
Centre,
a 30,000 square foot office building located in Landerbrook
Corporate Center in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. Both
honors were awarded by the National Association of
Industrial and Office Properties.
