This 87,460 square foot facility is part of Phase I of Cleveland Business Park. The park is adjacent to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, NASA Glenn Research Center and Interstates 480 and 71.

The building is constructed of pre-cast concrete panels with continuous ribbon windows on the entry side. Features include 24 foot clear heights, monitored ESFR sprinkler system, loading docks, drive-in doors, 40 by 40 foot bays and ample parking.

Two contiguous units of 16,505 S.F. with 4 docks and 56,460 S.F. with 10 docks can be combined for a total of 72,965 S.F. Both feature 24 foot clear height and ESFR sprinklers.

Take I-71 south to I-480 west. Exit at Grayton Road. Turn right on Grayton. Turn left on Brookpark Road. Turn left on Rocky River Drive. Turn right on to Cleveland Parkway.

From Cleveland Hopkins International Airport take Route 237 north (Berea Freeway). Exit at Brookpark Road (Route 17). Turn left on Brookpark. Turn right on Rocky River Drive. Turn right on to Cleveland Parkway.
